Zusammenfassung
Die Verbindung theoretischer Überlegungen über die Finanzentscheidungen der Unternehmen mit Resultaten einer Preistheorie für Finanztitelmärkte kann gedanklich an zwei Punkten ansetzen, die ihre Entsprechung in den Konstituenten der üblicherweise in der Betriebswirtschaftslehre zur Lösung von Entscheidungsproblemen formulierten Entscheidungsmodelle finden; den Zielen und den die Handlungsmöglichkeiten begrenzenden Nebenbedingungen. Obwohl der Zusammenhang zwischen den Nebenbedingungen von Finanzentscheidungen, den Bedingungen, unter denen Kapitalgeber bereit sind, die Kapitalnachfrage von Unternehmen zu befriedigen, und den Preisen für Finanztitel, die zur Deckung des Kapitalbedarfs ausgegeben werden, näherliegend ist, liegt der Schwerpunkt jener theoretischen Untersuchungen, die preistheoretische Resultate für Finanztitelmärkte integrieren, nicht auf einer expliziten Untersuchung der Bedingungen, die die Finanztitelmärkte für die Kapitalüberlassung setzen, sondern eher auf der Ableitung von Optimalitätsbedingungen auf der Grundlage von Zielen, die aus den Verhältnissen auf den Finanztitelmärkten abgeleitet werden; der eigentliche Vorgang der konkreten Kapitalüberlassung tritt dabei häufig in den Hintergrund, dies wird im folgenden noch deutlich werden. Wir haben mit R. Köhler den Inbegriff aller im Unternehmen zu treffenden Finanzentscheidungen — die Finanzwirtschaft — „als zielgerichtete Gestaltung aller betrieblichen zahlungsstrome verstanden“1) und eine Korrespondenz in der Zweckmäßigkeit gefunden, die Finanztitel, gegen deren Ausgabe Financiers dem Unternehmen Vermögen überlassen, durch die mit ihnen verbundenen Zahlungsstrome zu charakterisieren.
