Zusammenfassung
Von 1953 bis 1977 wurde in der Literatur über 18 Serien berichtet, in denen die Tokoly-tikawirkung mit der einer Kontrollgruppe verglichen wurde (5). In 8 Untersuchungen gab man die Medikamente prophylaktisch und in 10 therapeutisch. Man führte 6 Arbeiten in Form einer randomisierten Doppelblindstudie gegen Plazebo durch (Tabelle 1). Die Erfolgsbeurteilung war unterschiedlich, und zwar von einer Woche Zeitgewinn bis zum Erreichen der 37. Schwangerschaftswoche.
