Zusammenfassung

Von den drei Hauptsymptomen des Parkinsonismus Akinese, Rigor und Tremor sind die beiden ersten am besten, der Tremor am schlechtesten medikamentös zu beeinflussen. Levo-dopa (Substitutions-Therapeutikum) wirkt in erster Linie auf die Akinese, der Zusatz von Benserazid soll den Abbau von L-Dopa in der Peripherie hemmen und dadurch die wirksame Dosis herabsetzen. Der Einsatz des Kombinationspräparates ist hier sinnvoll. Amantadin steigert die Freisetzung von Dopamin.
