Zusammenfassung

In der Regel gewinnen Anaerobier ATP durch Substratstufenphos-phorylierung und Aerobier durch oxidative Atmungskettenphospho-rylierung. Bei der Atmungskettenphosphorylierung wird ATP an der ATP-Synthase gebildet, die die notwendige Energie aus dem elektrochemischen Protonenpotential der Cytoplasmamembran (elektrochemisches Membranpotential + Protonengradient) gewinnt.
