Buprenorphine, Tramadol and Nicomorphine for Control of Postoperative Pain

Abstract

Buprenorphine (Temgesic) is an analgesic drug, an n-cyclopropyl-methylderivate, of the oripavine series and is related to the morphine antagonist diprenorphine. Tramadol (Tramal) is a cyclohexanol derivate.
