Zusammenfassung

Bei Patienten mit Thoraxverletzungen stellt die Schmerztherapie ein zentrales Problem dar. Die allgemeine Einschränkung der Ventilation führt zu einer Verschlechterung des Gasaustausches, die regionale Minderbelüftung zu Pneumonien.
