Zusammenfassung
Stellen Spuren von Halothan- und Enflurandämpfen oder Lachgas im ppm-Bereich in der Luft von Narkoseeinleitungsräumen, Operationssälen und Aufwachräumen [1–3] eine Gefahr für die Gesundheit der dort Tätigen dar? Diese Frage kann meines Erachtens trotz mehrerer groß angelegter epidemiologischer Untersuchungen [4–13] mit z.T. beunruhigenden Befunden auch heute noch nicht mit Sicherheit beantwortet werden.
