Zusammenfassung
Seit Jahren geht der Streit um die Ursache des Kopfschmerzes nach Spinalanaesthesie, der typischerweise nicht im Liegen, sondern in vertikaler Position und in der Regel nicht sofort, sondern 1–2 Tage nach der Punktion des Liquorraumes auftritt. Die allgemein akzeptierte Meinung geht dahin, daß ein Liquorverlust durch die Punktionslücke auftritt [7–9, 10, 12, 14, 16, 17], der sich auf 250 ml und mehr pro Tag beläuft [7, 8]. Dabei wurden Korrelationen zwischen der Nadelgröße, der Anzahl der Punktionsversuche sowie der Erfahrung des punktierenden Anaesthesisten mit der Kopfschmerzhäufigkeit angegeben.
