Zusammenfassung
Die rasche Entwicklung und breite Penetration von Telekommunikation und technischer Informationsverarbeitung stellen eine nie dagewesene Herausforderung an Bildung und Ausbildung dar. Während bis vor 30 Jahren der Mensch im wesentlichen allein alle informationsverarbeitenden Prozesse abgewickelt halt, übernimmt zunehmend der Computer einen Teil der Arbeit. In dieser Situation können sich Bildung und Ausbildung nicht mehr ausschließlich darauf stützen, daß der Mensch zur Informationsverarbeitung qualifiziert wird. Vielmehr ist es notwendig, ein angemessenes Verhältnis zwischen menschlicher und technischer Informationsverarbeitung zu entwickeln. Dieses grundsätzliche Problem steht über allen Überlegungen zur Wechselwirkung von Informationstechnik und Bildung (1).
