Zusammenfassung

Die Entnahme von Synovialgewebe zur histologischen und eventuell auch bakteriologischen Untersuchung, kann sowohl durch einen chirurgischen Eingriff (offene Biopsie) als auch mittels einer Nadel- bzw. Trocarbiopsie erfolgen. Der folgende Beitrag wird sich ausschließlich mit der Nadel- bzw. Trocarbiopsie befassen. Bezüglich der offenen chirurgischen Biopsie darf auf die entsprechenden Kapitel in den Lehrbüchern der Orthopädie verwiesen werden.
