Zusammenfassung

Die Untersuchung ist als erster Schritt zur Konzipierung eines Gesamtmodells “Gesundheitswesen” zu verstehen. Sie analysiert neben den Problemen von Gesundheitssystemen die Ergebnisse in- und ausländischer Modellierungsaktivitäten sowie die weiteren Möglichkeiten des Einsatzes unterschiedlicher Modellverfahren.

Summary

The analysis can be regarded as a first step to develop a macromodel “Health Care System”. It evaluates in addition to the problems of HCS the results of international modeling-activities and indicates further possibilities on how different methods are applicable.
