Abstract

The modifications in coronary flow induced by a contrast agent (methylglucamine amido-trizoate) were studied in 15 patients undergoing coronary arteriography. Ten patients (group A) had normal coronary arteries. Five patients (group B) displayed significant (> 50%) atherosclerotic lesions of the left coronary artery.
