Primäre Tumoren des Respirationstraktes sind im Kindesalter selten. Häufig ist jedoch die Lunge der Metastasierangsort, so z.B. bei Wilms-Tumor, Osteosarkom, Ewing-Sarkom, Rhabdomyosarkom.
