Zusammenfassung

Fehlbildungen der Lungengefäße treten relativ selten isoliert auf, sie sind dagegen häufig mit Mißbildungen des Herzens oder der großen Arterien bzw. der Lungen selbst kombiniert. Angeborene, die Respirationsorgane beeinträchtigende Fehler der Systemarterien, insbesondere im Bereich des Aortenbogens, kommen demgegenuber in der Regel als isolierte Mißbildungen vor. Die folgende Darstellung bezieht sich v. a. auf die klinisch bedeutsamen Auswirkungen der verschiedenen Gefäßfehlbildungen auf das Ttacheobronchialsystem sowie das Lungenparenchym.
