Zusammenfassung

Eine gewisse Gerinnungsstörung ist bei gastrointestinalen Notfällen fast die Regel und stellt gewöhnlich ein Epiphänomen ohne eigenen Krankheitswert dar. Das Ausmaß der Gerinnungsstörung kann aber Hinweise geben auf die Schwere des zugrunde liegenden gastro-intestinalen Prozesses, und entsprechend kann der Verlauf auch manchmal Hinweise geben auf den Verlauf der zugrunde liegenden Störung. Eigentlichen prognostischen Wert haben Ausmaß und Verlauf der Gerinnungsstörung aber im Grunde genommen nur bei der akuten Lebernekrose.
