Zusammenfassung

Ist die klinische und laborchemische Symptomatologie der akuten Cholecystitis nicht konklusiv und wird damit eine Abgrenzung gegenüber anderen, mit akuten Schmerzen im rechten Oberbauch einhergehenden Erkrankungen notwendig, stehen folgende bildgebende diagnostische Verfahren zur Verfügung:

  • Konventionelle Röntgendiagnostik

    • Abdomenübersichtsaufnahme

    • Perorale Cholecystographie

    • Intravenöse Cholecysto-Cholangiographie

    • Infusionstomographie der Gallenblase

  • Hepatobiliäre Funktionsszintigraphie

  • Sonographie

  • Computertomographie.
