Zusammenfassung

Die Hämobilie ensteht durch eine pathologische Verbindung zwischen Gefäßsystem und intra- oder extrahepatischen Gallenwegen. Sie verläuft sicher sehr häufig unbemerkt, mengenmäßig vergleichbar mit der Hämaturie bei Urolithiasis, kann aber in seltenen Fällen zum Verblutungstod führen. Die bisher umfaßendste Beschreibung der Hämobilie stammt von Sandblom [28].
