Zusammenfassung

Wenn wir davon ausgehen, daß Schleimhautläsionen des Magens und Duodenums dann entstehen, wenn das Gleichgewicht zwischen den aggressiven und protektiven Faktoren gestört ist, erscheint es zweckmäßig, jene Mechanismen näher zu analysieren, die trotz der hohen HCl-Kon-zentration im Lumen eine Unversehrtheit der Zellen gewährleisten. Verschiedene Arbeitsgruppen haben sich daher bemüht, die protektiven Mechanismen der Schleimhaut näher zu untersuchen.
