Zusammenfassung

Von der Vielzahl der Faktoren, die die Bioverfügbarkeit und Wirkung von Medikamenten beeinflussen, gehören Arzneimittelinteraktionen zu den wichtigsten (Tabelle 1). Ihre Häufigkeit und Bedeutung wird von vielen Ärzten unterschätzt, obwohl man aus klinischen Studien weiß, daß sie in einem hohen Prozentsatz der Fälle zu unerwünschten Nebenwirkungen führen können [14, 27].
