Zusammenfassung

Funktionsanalytische und histomorphologische Methoden sind derzeit die wohl wichtigsten diagnostischen Verfahren zur Abklärung diffuser Enteropathien. Die perorale Dünndarmbiopsie ist als diagnostisches Verfahren seit gut 20 Jahren eingeführt. Sie gehört heute zu den routinediagnostischen Methoden (Übersichten; Rubin u. Dobbins 1965; Perera et al. 1975; Shiner 1979; Gottesbüren u. Riecken 1977; Otto u. Gebbers 1977; Oehlert 1978; Riecken 1978, 1979; Lee u. Toner 1980).
