Zusammenfassung
Traumatische, raumbeengende mtrakranielle Blutungen sind sehr häufig arteriell. Die Suche nach der oder den primären Verletzungsstellen ist für die Frage, spontane oder traumatische Blutung, ein zentrales Problem. Der Erfolg hängt, abgesehen von der genauen Kenntnis der Biomechanik und Morphologie der Schädelhirnverletzungen, vor allem auch von der Sektionstechnik ab.
