Summary

Sixteen patients suffering from immunocytoma were studied. The diagnosis was established histologically and cytomorphologically, including the detection of the intracytoplasmatic immunoglobulins by the immunofluorescence technique and by the peroxidase-antiperoxidase method and electron microscopically. After extensive staging 11 patients were found who had exclusive cutaneous lesions without any systemic manifestation. In these 11 patients no systemic manifestation had been seen during the follow-up time up to 6 1/2 years.
