Zusammenfassung
Unter der Einnahme von Ovulationshemmern werden gehäuft Thromboembolien und kardiovaskuläre Erkrankungen sowie multiple Veränderungen der Hämostase beobachtet. Die von verschiedenen Autoren gefundenen Alterationen im Gerinnungssystem bei Anwendung von Ovulationshemmern sind in Tabelle 1 zusammengefaßt (6). Bemerkenswerterweise liegen nur wenige Beobachtungen über den Einfluß von Sexualhormonen auf den PG-Stoffwechsel von Plättchen und Gefäßwand in vivo vor, obwohl sich PG und Thromboxane als wesentliche Regulatoren des hämostatischen Gleichgewichts erwiesen haben. Wir sahen uns daher veranlaßt, den Plättchen-PG-Stoffwechsel von Frauen, die orale Antikontrazeptiva einnehmen, zu untersuchen. Im folgenden soll ein Überblick über die Bedeutung von Prostaglandinen für die Hämostase gegeben und über erste eigene Ergebnisse berichtet werden.
