Zusammenfassung

Die vorliegenden Untersuchungen gingen zwei Fragen nach:

  1. 1.

    Verändert sich die Konzentration von PGF bzw. PGE und PGA im mütterlichen Serum innerhalb einer komplikationslosen Schwangerschaft?

  2. 2.

    Unterscheiden sich die oben genannten Prostaglandinserumspiegel bei Schwanger-schaft mit Gestosesymptomatik in der Anamnese von dem Normalkollektiv:
