Abstract

Selective intracoronary thrombolysis has proved to be an effective therapeutic procedure during the early phase of acute myocardial infarct [1, 2]. The ischemic damage may be reduced or even reversed depending upon the time elapsed between the onset of ischemia and the restitution of blood flow.
