Zur Häufigkeit der Gc-Subtypen im norddeutschen Raum

Distribution of Gc-Subtypes in Northern Germany

Biomathematical Evidence of Paternity / Biomathematischer Beweis der Vaterschaft

Summary

According to the modification of Kühnl the Gc-subtypes were determined in a population sample of Hamburg (n=927). We found the following allele frequencies: Gc* 1 S = 0.59, Gc* 1 F = 0.12, Gc*2 = 0.29. The Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium is present. In another sample of 86 mother-child pairs we found no incompatible constellation.
