Zusammenfassung

Um die anxiolytischen Eigenschaften des neuen Benzodiazepinde-rivates Lormetazepam (3) zu prüfen, wurde eine klinische placebokontrollierte Doppelblindstudie durchgeführt. Da auf bewährte Versuchsanordnungen nicht zurückgegriffen werden konnte, wurde ein Modell zur Angstmessung entworfen, das speziell auf die klinische Situation zugeschnitten war.
