Anaesthetika und Kontraktilität menschlicher Bronchialmuskulatur

Zusammenfassung

Inhalationsanaesthetika gelten im allgemeinen als Bronchodilatatoren [1, 2, 16], jedoch sind die bisherigen Ergebnisse nicht einheitlich. Für Halothan beispielsweise sind bronchodilata-torische [6, 7, 10], bronchokonstriktorische [5, 12] und auch fehlende Wirkungen auf die Atemmechanik beschrieben [4, 6, 13, 16]. Als Wirkungsmechanismen werden Stimulation der Betarezeptoren [6, 7, 10] und unspezifische Effekte diskutiert [2]. Im folgenden wird über in-vitro Untersuchungen an menschlicher Bronchialmuskulatur zur qualitativen und quantitativen Wirkung von Halothan und Enfluran berichtet.
