Zusammenfassung
Die Diskussion um mögliche Einflüsse der Allgemeinanaesthesie auf Uterus und Fetus hat in den letzten Jahren eine grundlegende Wandlung erfahren. Waren zunächst alle tonus- bzw. wehenmindernden Auswirkungen etwa von Halothan oder Ethrane unerwünscht, wurden sie kurz darauf zu einer Segnung für alle die Fälle von intrauteriner Asphyxie, bei denen der Uterustonus und die Wehenfrequenz eine ungünstige Rolle spielen.
