Zusammenfassung

In einer früheren Untersuchung konnte gezeigt werden, daß DHE zur Behandlung von Blutdruckabfällen bei Spinalanaesthesie geeignet ist [6]. Dies steht in guter Übereinstimmung mit dem Befund einer vasokonstriktorischen Wirkung von Ergotamin bei Spinalanaesthesie [2].
