Tramadol bei postoperativem Patientengut

Zusammenfassung

Mit dem Tramadol wurde ein neues, synthetisches Morphinderivat mit morphinagonistischer Wirkung in die klinische Therapie des Schmerzes eingeführt. Wir untersuchten Tramadol bei insgesamt 42 Patienten in der frühen postoperativen Phase nach Eingriffen im Oberbauch (z.B. Cholecystektomie, Magenoperationen, Splenektomie, Hiatushernie). Unser besonderes Interesse galt dabei der Wirkung auf Atmung und Kreislauf, insbesondere bei Patienten mit bereits präoperativ eingeschränkter Lungenfunktion.
