Zusammenfassung

Das anaesthesiologische Vorgehen bei Herzschrittmacherimplantationen ist 16 Jahre nach den ersten klinischen Erfahrungen noch immer nicht einheitlich [2, 5]. Anfangs wurden fast alle bekannten Anaesthetika dazu verwendet (Finck et al. [4], Howat [6]), derzeit befürworten einige die Regionalanaesthesie, andere die NLA. Warum wir der letzteren Gruppe angehören, wird an Hand unserer 10jährigen klinischen Erfahrung im folgenden gezeigt.
