Abstract
Since 1972, 32 patients with Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome (WPW) have been treated surgically. Nine patients presented with valvular lesions associated with WPW. Malignant ventricular arrhythmia secondary to atrial fibrillation (AF) was present in 14, and reciprocating supraventricular tachycardia in 18.
