Zusammenfassung
Die harmonische Analyse lokaler Bilddaten ist als Hilfsmittel der Texturanalyse und für Segmentierungen brauchbar, wenn der Randeffekt durch eine Fensterfunktion sorgfältig unterdrückt wird. Für reine Sinusbilder sind dann die lokalen Leistungsspektren frequenzselektiv, richtungsselektiv und translationsinvariant. Bei Überlagerungen von Sinusbildern unterschiedlicher Ortsfrequenzen geht die Translationsinvarianz verloren, aber die Korrelation der Spektralkomponenten bleibt als Texturmerkmal brauchbar.
