Zusammenfassung
Die Strahlendosis bei primär brusterhaltender Therapie richtet sich bei uns nach der Größe, aber auch dem histologischen Malignitätsgrad und der lokalen Ausbreitungstendenz des Tumors. Je größer der operative Eingriff ist (Quadrantenresektion), desto zurückhaltender kann bestrahlt werden, während bei Tumorektomie mit einem Schnittrand nahe zum Tumor eine höhere Strahlendosis appliziert werden muß.
