Zusammenfassung
Es wird zunächst kontrolliert, ob der getastete Knoten auch mit den suspekten Veränderungen im Röntgenbild übereinstimmt. Nicht selten werden Zysten getastet, während radiologisch an einer anderen Stelle ein kleines Mammakarzinom erkennbar ist. Wir überblicken 232 Fälle, bei denen neben dem zur Einweisung führenden Tastbefund weitere abklärungsbedürftige Veränderungen in derselben Brust oder in der Mammographie der anderen Brust vorlagen, welche nicht palpabel waren. Hierbei handelte es sich in 34 Fällen um invasive Karzinome, in weiteren 32 Fällen um ein Ca in situ oder um Epithelproliferationen mit Atypien.
