Zusammenfassung
Jeder chirurgisch tätige Kollege, der sich mit der Implantation von Mammaprothesen beschäftigt, sieht sich immer wieder mit dem Problem der Fibrosis constrictiva konfrontiert. Verschiedene Arten von Prothesen wurden in den letzten Jahren für die Brustrekonstruktion nach subkutaner Mastektomie oder Ablatio mammae probiert, und immer mit dem Wunsch, die Häufigkeit der Kapselbildung herabzusetzen.
