Zusammenfassung
Aus therapeutischer Sicht sollten blutdrucksenkende Medikamente möglichst ohne Nebenwirkungen eine befriedigende Einstellung des Blutdrucks bewirken. In Anbetracht der Hämodynamik von Hochdruckkranken muß dabei gefordert werden, daß neben einer befriedigenden Blutdrucksenkung unter Ruhebedingungen auch die Belastungsblutdrücke zufriedenstellend gesenkt werden. Dabei sollte die Blutdrucksenkung ursächlich durch die Korrektur der wichtigsten, durch die Hochdruckkrankheit hervorgerufenen, hämodynamischen Veränderungen zustandekommen.
