Zusammenfassung

Die Therapie der spitzen Kondylome (s. K.) stellt noch immer ein Problem dar. Besonders nachteilig ist die große Rezidivneigung dieser Virus-Akanthome. Obwohl Spontanremissionen vorkommen, zwingen lokale Beschwerden, hygienisch-ästhetische Faktoren, eine oft lebhafte Ausbreitungstendenz und die Möglichkeit der Entartung zu einer wirksamen Behandlung. Auch wegen der Infektionsgefahr für den Partner ist eine effektive Therapie der s. K. erforderlich.
