Im Gegensatz zum solitären werden multiple Keratoakanthome nur selten beobachtet. Hierbei kommt es zum Auftreten mehrerer einzeln stehender oder gruppierter Keratoakanthome. Unterschiedliche Entwicklungsstadien können nebeneinander vorliegen.
