Abstract

The therapeutic usefulness of retinoids in dermatology (9,10) and certain cancer diseases (2, 13, 14) has been established recently. One of these compounds attracting major attention is the aromatic retinoid Ro 10-9359 (etretinate). This report reviews the results of the routine preclinical studies performed with this compound.
