Die Therapie des akuten Myokardinfarktes in der prahospitalen Phase umfaBt: Schmerzbekampfung, Arrhythmieprophylaxe und Krankenhauseinweisung. Dariiber hinaus kann eine notfallmaBige Behandlung von Rhythmusstorungen oder hamodynamischen Komplikationen notwendig werden.
