Zusammenfassung

Hier sollen der Vollständigkeit halber einige Techniken vorgestellt werden, die in der Medizin/Zellbiologie derzeit keine Bedeutung haben, sondern die Auflösungsgrenze des Lichtmikroskops für die Morphologie und zum Teil auch Anatomie durchbrachen. Am wichtigsten von diesen Techniken ist die Raster- oder Scanning-Elektronenmikroskopie, doch soll vorerst noch ein TEM-Verfahren kurz erwähnt werden.
