Zusammenfassung

Das Ziel der medikamentösen Behandlung von ventrikulären Rhythmusstörungen ist einfach und klar zu definieren: es soll die Dysrhythmie beseitigt und weiteren Störungen vorgebeugt werden. Es gibt viele und verschiedenartige Wege, die zu diesem therapeutischen Ziel führen können, und die differentialtherapeutische Suche nach dem richtigen und kurzen Weg ist von der Frage nicht zu trennen: Wodurch entsteht und in welcher Weise läuft die Rhythmusstörung ab?
