Eine Indikation zur Antikörpersubstitution ist gegeben, wenn ein humoraler Anitkörpermangel besteht, eine Prophylaxe nach Inkubation mit einem Virus angezeigt ist oder eine Infektion bei immundefizienten Patienten behandelt werden muß.
