Zusammenfassung

Wahrscheinlich ist es eine physiologische Aufgabe der Plättchen, ständig auftretende Endo- thellücken im Bereich der Kapillaren abzudichten und auch im Bereich der größeren Gefäße auftretende Endotheldefekte zu versiegeln, bis sie wieder durch neue Endothelzellen ausgekleidet sind. Außerdem wirken die Blutplättchen entscheidend an der primären Blutstillung nach Verletzungen mit. Die ersten Schritte der Hämostasereaktion laufen nach unseren Vorstellungen ab, wie in Tabelle 2.1 dargelegt [20]. Die Mitwirkung der Thrombozyten und des Gerinnungssystems an der Blutstillung ist gleichzeitig für die Wundheilung von Bedeutung.
