Zusammenfassung
Auf der Grundlage eines einheitlichen, systematisch aufgebauten Begriffssystems wird ein Projektmodell entwickelt, das die Phasen, Tätigkeiten, Produkte und Projektführungsmaßnahmen von Software-Projekten benennt, beschreibt und miteinander in Beziehung setzt. Das Projektmodell umspannt alle Projektphasen von der Analyse bis zum Betrieb und zur Wartung des fertigen Systems und wird in Software-Projekten verschiedener Größenordnungen eingesetzt.
Abstract
A project model for software projects is established on a uniform, systematic terminological basis. In this model, the phases, activities, products and management actions of software projects are identified, described and related to one another. The project model spans all project phases from analysis to operations and maintenance and is used for software projects of various size.
