Zusammenfassung
Bei den kongenitalen Anomalien der Gallenwege lassen sich zahlreiche Variations-möglichkeiten beobachten. Nicht wenige von ihnen sind gering ausgeprägt, bleiben symptomlos und werden meist nur zufällig entdeckt. Auch die Agenesie der Gallenblase oder die verschiedenen Arten der Verdoppelung der Gallenblase (septale, divertikelartige oder vollständige Verdoppe-lung) spielen nur gelegentlich im späteren Leben in der Differential-Diagnostik er-worbener Gallenwegserkrankungen eine Rolle. Große klinische Bedeutung haben dagegen die Gallengangsatresie und die kongenitalen Dilatationen der Gallenwege [16, 69, 71, 76].
