Zusammenfassung
Dem Begriff einer „optimalen Verwendung von Blut” liegt die Aufteilung von Vollblut in seine transfundierbaren zellulären und flüssigen Bestandteile zugrunde. Den Erfordernissen des Einzelfalles entsprechend sind diese Einzelbestandteile im Sinne einer „gezielten Bluttransfusion” klinisch „nach Maß” zu verabreichen.
