Zusammenfassung
Der Versuch, die Pathogenese der Refluxoesophagitis allein mit dem peptischen Prinzip erklären zu wollen, bleibt deswegen unbefriedigend, weil Oesophagitiden trotz gastraler Achlorhydrie auftreten können. So finden sich in der Literatur Beiträge über Refluxoesophagitiden bei vollständiger Achlorhydrie im Rahmen einer perniziösen Anämie [30] oder nach Gastrektomie [18, 31]. Dieser bekannten Refluxschädigung der Speiseröhre nach totaler Entfernung des Magens vorzubeugen, wurden zahlreiche chirurgisch-technische Maßnahmen zum Zwecke des Refluxschutzes entwickelt [37].
